Lighthouse Consulting
Safety & Compliance Consulting

Lighthouse Consulting was built on a simple idea: when safety fails, it's rarely because anyone cared. It's because of breakdowns in communication, paperwork, and training, and the gap between corporate compliance and how field crews actually work.
That gap is where most consultants stop. It's where Lighthouse starts.
About Lighthouse
Built different. For a reason.
For nearly 20 years, I've worked in HSE at every level: for operators, for service companies, and inside organizations going through mergers, audits, incidents, and the claims that follow. I started Lighthouse to take a different approach than traditional safety consultants. We roll up our sleeves, dig into the operational reality, and fix the actual problem. Lighthouse was built on referrals. Our clients come to us from people who've seen our work firsthand, and they stay because we deliver. The work gets done, the audits get passed, and the programs hold up when something goes wrong.
Patrick Windham
Founder & Principal Consultant

I write safety programs that hold up when they're tested, whether by an auditor, a claims adjuster, or a lawyer. Real programs mean fewer injuries, lower insurance costs, and proof that you did things right when something does happen
Why Clients Hire Lighthouse
Operator-side experience — programs written for and audited by ExxonMobil, OXY, ConocoPhillips, Devon Energy, and Chevron.
Incident, workers’ comp, and litigation support — from the first phone call through the claim or the courtroom.
Merger and acquisition integration — safety programs, compliance, and crews brought under one system.
Both sides of the table — fluent with field crews and corporate compliance, and the gap between them.
